DNB (Ophthalmology) (PG Course)

Diplomate National Board (DNB) is a full-time 3-year post-graduation level program. The eligibility of the course is qualifying MBBS or equivalent examination with a minimum of 50% and above aggregate percentage along with passing the DNB- CET entrance test.

Guru Hasti Netra Chikitsalya is registered under National Board of Examination (an autonomous body under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India) for imparting DNB post-graduate education in Ophthalmology specialty.

Long term surgical training program (SICS and Phaco)

A full-time 2 year cataract surgical fellowship is offered at Guru Hasti Netra Chikitsalya, Pipar City with hands-on training on small incision cataract surgery (SICS) and phacoemulsification (Phaco) surgical techniques.

Short term surgical training program (SICS and Phaco)

A full-time 1 to 3 months surgical fellowship is offered at Guru Hasti Netra Chikitsalya, Pipar City with hands-on training on small incision cataract surgery (SICS) and phacoemulsification (Phaco) surgical techniques.

Bachelors in Optometry Program

A full-time 3 year course in Optometry and ophthalmic techniques is offered at Guru Hasti Netra Chikitsalya, Pipar City. The students receive hands-on experience in various eye care departments and are awarded a bachelors degree by Sighania University on successful completion of the course.

Diploma in Optometry Program

A full-time 2 year course in Optometry and ophthalmic techniques is offered at Guru Hasti Netra Chikitsalya, Pipar City. The students receive hands-on experience in various eye care departments and are awarded a diploma degree by Sighania University on successful completion of the course.

Internship

We offer internship program for Optometry students enrolled for bachelors or diploma courses.
